Smoked mackerel, courgette & butter bean salad with Chilli Garlic & parsley Fresh Herb Sea Salt seasoning

Now that the sun has come out are you craving for some lighter, more summery food? Here's a nourishing but satisfying quick lunch or supper teamed up with some flat bread.
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp Fresh Herb Chilli Garlic & Parsley sea salt seasoning
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 smoked mackerel fillets, skin removed and broken into large flakes
1 large courgette, cut into ribbons using a vegetable peeler - you can eat raw or slice thicker and grill with some Dill Lemon and Garlic Fresh Herb Sea Salt seasoning
400g can butter beans, drained and rinsed
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling - dissolve the herb salt in the oil to drizzle over
1 small pack parsley, roughly chopped
50g feta, broken into large pieces
Instructions:
Toss everything in a beautiful bowl and serve with some warm Flatbread.
