Spicy Chorizo and ButterBean Salad Loveliness with

We're excited to share with you our recipe for a Spicy Chorizo and Butterbean Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Toasted Fennel Seeds, Rocket or
Watercress, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar, Seasoned with The Fresh Herb Salt Company's Coriander, Lime & Garlic Fresh Herb Sea Salt Seasoning.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained and rinsed butterbeans, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and toasted fennel seeds.
Add the cooked chorizo to the mixing bowl and stir everything together.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the saved Chorizo oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Coriander Lime and Garlic fresh herb sea salt seasoning until well combined
Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss everything together until evenly coated.
Add the rocket or watercress to the mixing bowl and give everything a final toss to combine.
